Our guesthouse hugs the south-western slope
of the Demmerkogel hill, with 671 m the highest elevation within
a 30 km radius. It's ideal for recreation and families with children. We
offer comfortable rooms with shower, toilet and satellite TV.
Since 1981, the nearby butterfly meadow, home to many rare species of butterflies, has been a specially protected conservation area. |

The observation tower on the mountaintop affords a magnificent panorama view of the vineyards of the Sausal. Beautiful footpaths lead to the world's biggest Klapotetz, to the Theresia Chapel an to many traditional wine taverns between Kitzeck and St. Andrä. The vineyards of the Sausal invite you to rest and relax. We host different events like seminars and courses - in our hall or outdoors. In the summertime artists like Peter Mairinger and Dieter Halden work in our hall - pardon - studio. |
